This is a short piece with introductory level mixed meter passages for a string ensemble core (the string quartet version).
With an added bass part it becomes the string orchestra version.
With any combination of added bass, flutes, oboe, clarinets, horn, trumpets, trombone, and timpan, it becomes the orchestra version.
